3 rooms available: two studios and a theatre.

Premises are very well managed, insured for public events and fully risk assessed.
The venue has an experienced, friendly team looking after bookings, tech, catering and front of house .

ROOM 1: THEATRE
A ground floor, fully accessible theatre auditorium in the centre of Oxford.
It is a flexible, black box space with high spec theatre lighting and sound rig.

Spec:
10m x 10m floor area.
The floor is black Harlequin dance surface. (No stilettos!)
Maximum room capacity:
– 200 standing
– Up to 128 seated in theatre layout

Equipment:
High spec theatre lighting and sound rig.
Lots of technical and AV equipment available including:
– Projector and large screen (4m x 3m)
– Video conferencing system
– Live streaming facilities
Tables and Chairs

Typical Usage:
Theatre auditorium, dance studio, conference room.

Availability:
Room can be used 9am to 11pm every day except bank holidays.

ROOM 2: GROUND FLOOR STUDIO
A ground floor studio in Oxford city centre with natural light.

Spec:
10m x 7m floor area.
Maximum room capacity: 60 standing / 35 seated.
Mirror and barre (which can be entirely covered by a black curtain).
The floor is black Harlequin dance surface. (No stilettos!)
Some sound noise from bus depot.

Equipment:
High quality smart screen with touch screen capability
Tables / chairs
Lots of AV equipment available including portable projector and screen, mics and speaker, PA.

Typical Usage:
Dance studio, rehearsal room, meeting room.

Availability:
Room can be used 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Fully accessible

ROOM 3: LOFT STUDIO
An attic studio in Oxford city centre with a lovely atmosphere and natural light.

Spec:
9m x 7m.
Maximum room capacity: 50 standing / 30 seated.
Wooden floor. (Note that the floor has been newly sanded and varnished since the photo.)
Mirror and barre which can be entirely covered by a black curtain.

Equipment:
Small projector and screen
Music system
Tables and Chairs

Typical Usage:
Dance studio, rehearsal room, meeting room.

Availability:
Room can be used to 5.30pm to 11pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Accessibility:
Not fully accessible due to 8 steps up to the door.

Venue is next to Oxford central bus station.
Within easy walking distance of Oxford central train station.
Loading bay next to room – 30 minute stay.
Very near two council car parks: Worcester Street and Gloucester Green.

Catering:
Buffet catering is available 9am to 10pm.
There is also a cafe in the building serving food and tea and coffee from 9am until 4.30pm.
